Team Strength & Conditioning Programs (TSC Programs) (applies for PG Programs)
Option #1: In-Person Coaching:
- 1 Athlete: $200/athlete/session
- 2 Athletes: $100/athlete/session
- 3 to 9 Athletes: $50/athlete/session
- 10 to 12 Athletes: $30/athlete/session
- 13 to 15 Athletes: $25/athlete/session
- 16+ Athletes: $20/athlete/session
Option #2: Strength & Conditioning Programming: $150 team cost per hour (minimum of 2 hours per 4-6 week program)

Option#3: In-Person Coaching + Seasonal Programming
- 20% discount off of services when they are combined for a portion of the season
Workshops
KB Instruction (2 days, 10 hours total, minimum of 10 participants) - $200 per participant
TRX Instruction (2 days, 10 hours total, minimum of 10 participants) - $200 per participant
Seminars
Performance Nutrition (2 hours, including presentation and post-discussion) - $300
Speed Development (2 hours, including presentation and post-discussion) - $300
