Too often we want to jump into a fitness regimen and do all the “fun” stuff. These behaviors are accompanied by excessive aches and pains, soreness and a general lack of motivation shortly into the program. PerformanceGaines CP are the answer to your body’s calls for help! Our team holds the NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification and will assess your body mechanics and provide a comprehensive corrective program to address muscular imbalances, neuro-muscular activation issues, and injury rehabilitation. PerformanceGaines CP integrate multiple planes of movement into each workout to ensure that your athlete’s body is stronger and has a better chance of adapting to unique stresses while in competition.

The resulting benefits of this approach are that your body’s recovery between workouts will improve, your desire to train day in and day out will return, and you will begin to enjoy the process of developing your fitness once again!

Program Length:

All PerformanceGaines CP are built to order, depending on your areas of focus and the time you have before you need to be able to compete again.

Time Commitment:

PerformanceGaines CP can require anywhere from 30-60 minutes per session. Training days range from 3-6 per week.

Program Expectations:

Because of the importance of rebuilding a strong foundation, compliance is stressed while in CP. Based on your goals, PerformanceGaines CP are all accompanied by online weekly progress reports, which allow you and your PerformanceGaines coach to track compliance and progress.
