Maintenance Programs (MP)
Program Length:
PerformanceGaines MP are designed to order, customized to fit your weekly schedule and daily time availabilities.
Time Commitment:
All Pre-Season TSC Programs are designed to require between 15-60 minutes per day, whether in the gym, or using supplemental modalities when a gym is not available.
Program Expectations:
Depending on your goals, PerformanceGaines MP are accompanied by online Weekly Progress Reports, which allows you and your coach to track compliance and recovery improvements.
