Off-Season TSC Programs
Why is the Off-Season so important? Research has shown that the more conditioned an athlete is going into their Pre-Season prep, the lower the incidence of injury. The Off-Season is the perfect time to gradually build strength and size, as well as develop a strong aerobic base to enable your athletes to excel and develop further than ever before once they return from break.
Off-Season TSC Programs focus on developing the identified areas of improvement from your athlete’s previous athletic season. For rookies, Off-Season TSC Programs help to provide a solid foundation of strength, exercise knowledge and conditioning to reduce the amount of “catch up time” that typically is associated with acclimating new athletes to your team’s fitness levels.
Pre-Season TSC Programs
Pre-Season prep is critical to help you predict your team’s success in the coming In-Season. It is where you can evaluate your athlete’s Off-Season dedication and commitment, as well as make changes to positions and your overall roster.
The Pre-Season is a useful time for developing your team’s sport-specific strength and conditioning.
