PG Workshops
So what exactly are all of these workshops below? Lets discuss them here....
Kettlebell Workshop
A kettlebell (KB) looks like a cannonball with a handle. KBs have been used in Europe for many years, and only recently became more popular in the United States, thanks to the work of Pavel and Dragon Door. KBs have quickly grown to be known for the intense demand they place on an athlete’s cardiovascular system as well as the muscular strength and coordination that is demanded and built while using them. You can now find them nationwide in your everyday gym and in specialized martial arts studios.
One of the most beneficial uses of KB training is its demand on the hips to function optimally. By creating better hip awareness and drive, KBs teach your athletes to better use their bodies to perform in the gym and on the field.
