Kettlebell Workshop (KBW)

PerformanceGaines KB Workshops will teach your coaches and athletes not only the fundamentals of KB training and how to use them properly, but will also address common mistakes and how to spot them to reduce injury and improve performance.

An RKC (Russian Kettlebell Certified) Instructor will instruct you and your team on the proper use and mechanics of kettlebells, beginning with grinds and concluding with the ballistic movements.

Grinds

  • Goblet Squat
  • Sumo Deadlift
  • Single Arm Press
  • Turkish Get-Up (TGU)

Ballistics

  • Swing
  • Clean
  • Snatch

PerformanceGaines KB Workshops are two-day, ten hour courses covering the kettlebell basics including grinds and ballistics instruction as well as exercise correction and progression/regression suggestions.
