Designed to make you move in a fun and new way. This is a plyometric and agility class that focuses on hip, knee and ankle mobility drills, glute and core exercises as well as balance training.
This class will teach you to move like an athlete, taking your athleticism to the next level using bodyweight exercises only. You will sweat, you will learn and you will leave with a smile ;)
*all experience levels are welcome!
