Personal Coaching

Discovery Session (55mins)

This eye-opening session serves as the foundation for the development of your individualized movement program. You'll leave knowing what possibilities are open to you and with drills to help make them a reality. This session is required for all new athletes.

1-on-1 Coaching (55mins)

Personal coaching is the seminal way to get the most out of your training time. You'll receive expert one-on-one coaching and sport-specific training. Requires a Discovery Session to begin.

Semi-Private Training (55mins)

Semi-private training is an affordable way to get individual programming, great coaching, and to work alongside fellow athletes. Participants train in small groups of up to four. Requires a Discovery Session to begin.


Self-Guided

This option allows 1:1, Semi-Private, Team, and Distance Strength Coaching athletes to own their training program with intermittent coach supervision. Train on-premise at PerformanceGaines at your preferred time. To hold an Unlimited Self-Guided Pass, athletes must be concurrently active in 1:1, Semi-private, Team, or Distance Strength Coaching with PG


Workshop

These technique and skill-specific intensives are a great way to gain a ton of knowledge while enjoying a workout with other members of your community. Call for pricing and availability.


Team Training

The Team Training option is the best way to train a competitive athletic team or group for an event, competition, or simply team-building! These sessions last 90 minutes or longer (depending on agreed-upon details) and cover a basic movement discovery for each participant, movement prep, team training routine, and cool-down.
