Since then, he’s worked to earn his NSCA-CSCS, Titleist Performance, and SFG Level II kettlebell coaching credentials. Chris has been strongly influenced by his unique experiences in the field of performance, including conducting performance testing for USA Rugby, attending Nike SPARQ Performance Summits, and finally as a former Nike Master Trainer.

In his free time, Nick enjoys golfing, eating out and playing ultimate Frisbee. He was raised in Palo Alto, and you can find him cruising the streets on his long board with his bulldog, Winston. After attending Palo Alto High School, Nick continued his educational journey and graduated from Occidental College.
