Chris Gaines

kettlebell power hour/happy hour

In 2005, Chris earned his degree in Human Biology from Stanford University.  Since then, he’s worked to earn his NSCA-CSCS, Titleist Performance, and SFG Level II kettlebell coaching credentials.  Chris has been strongly influenced by his unique experiences in the field of performance, including conducting performance testing for USA Rugby, attending Nike SPARQ Performance Summits, and finally as a former Nike Master Trainer.

 

Nick Weiss

Nick's aim is to empower others through education about body mechanics, while challenging people to move more and in new ways. In his free time, Nick enjoys golfing, eating out and playing ultimate Frisbee. He was raised in Palo Alto, and you can find him cruising the streets on his long board with his bulldog, Winston. After attending Palo Alto High School, Nick continued his educational journey and graduated from Occidental College.

 

Dan Hafner

Dan graduated from the University of Arizona in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. His true passion has always been movement, and he eventually ended up earning his CSCS credential in order to work in the fitness industry. He loves working with athletes, general fitness clients, and people experiencing pain and movement dysfunction. He is a certified Kinstretch instructor, avid weightlifter, and true connoisseur of chips and salsa.

Chris Turner left a career in cooking to pursue a healthier lifestyle as a personal trainer.  Although not very active in childhood, as an adult, he found a passion in exercise and physical expression.  At first through Boxing, Muay Thai and Yoga, and most recently with the GMB and Stick Mobility. He is dedicated to helping people develop their physical abilities through a foundation of long-term sustainable strength and movement.

As a health professional, Charles enjoys working with anyone that is willing to put in the effort.  He believes everyone can live a pain free healthy life, while still being able to enjoy the things they love. He's been in the health & fitness industry for 12+ years. Through his experience with personal training and education he has developed the ability to help any individual improve their health, fitness, and overall wellness.

Brent has been a personal trainer since 1996, and since he was 4 years old, he played ice hockey throuhgout college. If Brent could, he would live off of Americanos from Starbucks. He likes to take challenges head on and see what he can achieve. He also loves to compete in just about anything- from playing cards to basketball. With his competitive personality, you've guessed it- Brent HATES to lose.

Sam was born and raised in the green mountains of Vermont where he was a competitive tennis player, golfer and skier. Sam attended Belmont Abbey College in North Carolina where he studied Sports Management and played #1 on the tennis team. His official career as a personal trainer began at Equinox in San Francisco in 2014 and continues today as the owner of VoyageFit Performance Coaching.

Arian Soltero

Arian began teaching boxing conditioning classes in 2012 and guiding others before obtaining a fitness certification by ACE. He specializes in a mixture of methods including movement patterns, weight training, and core/boxing conditioning. Arian has dedicated his life to movement, health, and helping others attain a positive lifestyle while loving every second of it along the way. In his free time he enjoys learning about the human body, and how to better improve the life of others' through fitness.

Gracie's always loved movement and athletics, so becoming a fitness professional was the obvious and natural path for her. She grew up playing soccer and training Muay Thai. She is a XPS certified personal trainer, group movement coach, and Muay Thai instructor. During her free time, she likes to travel, train, hike and practice yoga.

 

Kyler Ishisaki

Kyler Ishisaki is a bay area native, from Fremont, California. He studied Kinesiology at Cal State Fullerton and is a certified NSCA- CSCS, XPT Coach. In his free time, his hobbies include snowboarding, fishing, photography & learning. Kyler's training philosophy is to build a strong foundation for long term performance. Kyler enjoys plyometrics, which is also known as "jump training". Ask him about it!
