Brent Lake has been training clients since 1996 and currently carries his PTC with ISSA. He has a strong involvement with StrongFirst and carries his SFG level II apprenticeship. With experience training a variety of different athletes over the past 23 years, he has a range from training people with sedentary lifestyles, people with injuries, to sport athletes, and bodybuilders. Brent also carries knowledge in diet nutrition and GMB movements.
