Clean Series (5 Week Program)

Clean Series (5 week program):  Over the course of 5 weeks, Kara will break down the second of the Olympic Weightlifting movements - The Clean & Jerk from a top-down approach.  Due to its technical complexities, each week Kara will tackle a new element of the clean while continuing to focus on proper form, effective cues and consistencies in each movement. This class will provide a strong base emphasizing the importance of lifting technique and the ability to improve to your strength, confidence and coordination.  

Class days: Tues at 6PM, Starting September 11th
