Snatch Series (6 Week Program)

Snatch Series (6 week program):  Over the course of 6 weeks, Kara will break down the first of the Olympic Weightlifting movements - The Snatch from a top-down approach.  Due to its technical complexities, each week Kara will tackle a new element of the snatch while continuing to focus on proper form, effective cues and consistencies in each movement. This class will provide a strong base emphasizing the importance of lifting technique and the ability to improve to your strength, confidence and coordination.  Class days: Tues at 6PM, Starting May 29th to July 3rd
