Are you trying to follow through on your resolution to get fit this year, but want something different than the usual cardio class? Look no further! Our Strength & Mobility class will provide you a means of getting fit that is focused on mindful movement and a long-term sustainable practice. Our bodyweight exercises and movements provide challenging and fun, yet safe progressions for everyone from the most novice to advanced athletes. Stop just getting fit, and start having fun!
Strength & Mobility pulls elements from GMB training methods that emphasizes gaining physical autonomy through improving strength, flexibility and motor control. Physical autonomy is the ability to be able to do the things you want to do in your life. Whether it's playing with your kids, getting better at your sport, or being able to do cool gymnastics skills, there are always things we want to improve upon.
