The Ascent is a multi-station, functional fitness experience that combines explosive bodyweight movements, agility ladders, sandbags, dumbbells, and more! You’ll learn how to safely perform each exercise, then gradually increase your intensity through three rounds of play as you climb to the peak of your potential. Afterwards, you’ll float back to earth with a 7-minute meditative stretch. The Ascent will leave you smiling, accomplished, and ready to conquer whatever your day has to throw at you!
