Nick Weiss   My passion for movement, athletics and injury prevention started while earning my degree in Kinesiology, playing NCAA football and fighting through injuries  Working for Agile Physical Therapy at Palo Alto Medical Foundation helped me mature as a movement specialist  I strive to help my clients move with purpose so that they’re able to do everything they love   without pain.

Brent Lake   In 1996, I became a certified trainer and for the past 20 years, I have been helping clients reach their fitness goals.  Working with my clients is the greatest job on earth.  As a versatile trainer, I can work with a variety of clients with whichever goal they choose.

Coach Miles   Miles believes each client is unique, therefore each client will be motivated by something different; they'll also move differently, eat differently and pursue different goals. He is here to help them become a better expert in their body and to understand how it is possible to find a program that will work for them and their lifestyle. He enjoys helping clients learn how to move with intention, feel capable, and confident in and outside the gym. He is a strong believer in longevity, growth, and enjoying life with the utmost importance of both the body and mind. He is a great active listener and finds ways to be supportive and add value to each session.    When Miles is not working out or helping others, he enjoys playing and watching sports, camping, reading, cooking, chess, traveling to new places and much more.
