The Longevity Program isn't a sprint or a reset. It's six weeks of coached training — small groups, individualized programming, honest feedback — built for adults who treat their body as infrastructure for the life they've already chosen.
You don't need convincing that movement matters. What you need is a place where the work compounds, where the programming holds up over years, and where the people around you are practicing the same kind of attention.

Up to 3 coached sessions a week for six weeks in small semi-private groups. Full access to group classes and open gym for additional mobility or conditioning. Cold plunge and sauna use. A food and hydration framework. Access to our private online community, where coaches and members talk.
Before you start, we meet — in person or on a call — to understand who you are and what your year looks like. From there we build your program. You book your training sessions around your schedule, and your coaches check in as you go.
Sessions run Monday through Friday.

You'll get a practical food and hydration framework built for adults with real weeks. Questions live in the community, where coaches and other members answer in context.
Six weeks, with up to 3 coached sessions each week. The work is designed to continue after — most people do.
You choose what makes sense: continue into ongoing Longevity training, shift to 1:1 coaching for more customization, or move to an open gym or group class membership if you want less structure and the same facility.
PerformanceGaines works closely with some of the best massage therapists and movement coaches in the Bay Area. If recovery work beyond what's included would be useful, we can refer you. Rates are separate and outside this program.
