What the Longevity Program is

The Longevity Program is semi-private strength training with coaching. It was created and is overseen by Chris Gaines, who analyzes each member’s assessment data and uses it to build a custom 6-week program for that individual.

You train in a small group, but you are not following a generic class. Every session is coached, adjusted, and progressed in real time.

Built for real schedules

Designed for travel, work stress, kids, missed days, and imperfect weeks—without starting over.

More than classes. More sustainable than 1-on-1.

More individualized than group classes, but more flexible and sustainable than traditional personal training.

What a week looks like
  • 2–3 coached semi-private sessions
  • A plan that progresses over time
  • Live technique and loading adjustments
  • Optional mobility or conditioning work
