Longevity Program
Coached strength training for people who plan on being capable for life.
Your first session is on us.
Set up your first sessionStill the one who says yes
You see yourself as someone who gets up off the floor without using their hands. Who lifts their own bag into the overhead bin. Who says yes to the hike without checking with their knees first. You see yourself as that person at fifty, sixty, seventy — and beyond. Nobody stays that person by accident. It's capability that gets built through training, and then is kept through habits and a process that evolves with you.
Capability doesn't leave all at once
Capability gets lost quietly over time. The training stops, and — for a while — nothing seems different. Then you're using your hands to get off the floor. You're letting someone else lift the bag. You're passing on the hike and calling it a scheduling thing. Nobody decides to become less capable. It happens one small no at a time, and by the time you notice, it has already changed what you'll say yes to.
We work with you to prevent any of that from happening in the first place. Longevity is that training, done with intention.
What a week looks like
You train with a coach two or three times a week, in a group of no more than four, with everyone on their own program.
We take the time to get to know you and what you're capable of so that your program starts from where you actually are. Your team writes it, your coaches guide you through how to do it, and they adjust it when your body or your life says it's time.
Between sessions, you have access to other services in the facility: yoga, open gym, the sauna and the cold plunge, and additional classes focused on mobility, strength, or coordination. Use what will help you make the best progress.
Throughout the process there's guidance for people who don't have time to make choosing foods and eating a second job.
PG is more dojo than gym
You'll train next to people a lot like you. Busy, focused on progress, and not interested in a scene. Some have been here for years, and the energy in the room is intentional and supportive. There's a reason we don't call it a gym.
What it costs
You pick how often you train. Billed every four weeks. Change your plan or cancel whenever you want.
- Twice a week $797/ 4 wks
- Three times a week $997/ 4 wks
- Three times a week, plus a weekly 1:1 session $1,997/ 4 wks
Everything above is included at every level. If you need an extra session in a heavy week, it's $100, no plan change required.
Your first session is on us, so you'll have trained here before you pay for anything.
How it starts
Reach out. We'll find a time to talk, in person or on the phone, about what your life looks like right now and what you want to still be able to do in ten years. Then you'll come in for a session, on us, and see how it feels. If it's a fit, join us. If it isn't, we'll say so, and we'll probably know someone who is.
We get back to everyone within a business day.
Questions
Yes. One coached session in a group of no more than four, on us, before you decide anything. We'd rather you choose after you've trained here than before.
Right now, one session, and it's on us. If you join after that, it's four weeks at a time. Most people stay for years, which is the point, but that's their decision every four weeks, not ours.
Monday through Friday.
6am — Tue, Wed, Thu
7am — Mon, Wed, Fri
9am — Tue, Thu
10am — Mon, Wed, Fri
11am — Wed, Fri
4pm — Mon, Wed, Fri
Unused sessions roll into the following week, then expire. A bad week doesn't cost you anything. A bad month is worth a conversation, and we'll reach out.
You probably already know
If you've read this far, you know whether this is your kind of place. Reach out and let's meet.
