Welcome to PerformanceGaines — we’re glad you’re here.

This guide is here to help you feel oriented before your first in-person session. You don’t need to memorize anything — our front desk team will help you with the details when you arrive.

When you come in for your first session

  • Plan to arrive a few minutes early

  • Check in at the front desk

  • We’ll help you get set up so you’re ready to train

During your first visit, we’ll help you with

  • Creating your PG account

  • Signing a standard liability waiver

  • Activating a membership or day pass

If anything is unclear, just ask — we’ll walk you through it.

Training @ PerformanceGaines requires either

  • An active gym membership, or

  • A day pass on the days you train with your coach

Most 1:1 coaching clients choose the Open Gym membership, which is $150 every 4-weeks.

Coaching fees are always paid directly to your coach and are separate from your PG membership.

Using the space

Please check in at the front desk each time you visit PG — whether you’re training with your coach, training independently, attending a class, or using recovery services.

This helps us keep the space running smoothly for everyone.

Amenities that you’ll have access to as a member or coaching client:

  • Training floor and equipment during open gym hours

  • Cold plunge and sauna recovery sessions

  • Showers and towel service (robes available upon request)

  • One complimentary group class per billing cycle

  • Member pricing on additional classes and events
