Someone who is new to strength training and would like to get started, but isn't sure how to do it on their own — and wants a coach who'll listen, be supportive, and offer the space to grow and learn.

My client is happier, healthier, more confident, and no longer finds the gym a scary or overwhelming place. My client feels more balanced and their body feels better throughout the week, inspiring them to make better food choices and better habits in their daily life.

Rate$180/session for 1:1 or $150/session for 2:1

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday: 11 AM – 5 PM
Monday: 2 PM – 8 PM
Friday: 8 AM – 2 PM
